About the Role
As a Customer Experience Team Manager, you will play a key part in leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver first-class service to our customers. You’ll be responsible for creating an inspiring and supportive team culture, setting clear goals, and ensuring these are met through effective coaching and development.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading, developing, and motivating your team to achieve excellent performance
Creating a positive and open communication culture within the team
Monitoring team KPIs and individual performance
Supporting your team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Coaching and supporting individuals to help them grow and succeed
Contributing to the success of our wider Customer Experience function
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in people management and team leadership
High levels of personal integrity and a proactive attitude
Strong coaching, mentoring, and development skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for delivering customer excellence
Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Comfortable with change and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
