About the Role
Speedy Hire PLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our Commercial Finance team. Based at our Haydock office, this role is essential in supporting the commercial team with both analytical and administrative tasks that help drive business performance.

You’ll support a range of commercial projects, pricing strategies, contract governance, and performance reporting, while acting as a key point of contact across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day analytical and administrative support to the commercial team to help achieve business goals.
Administer and reconcile customer rebates, including managing documentation and reporting processes.
Prepare and analyse reports on commercial performance and trends.
Promote and support the use of reporting tools across the business; provide training and guidance to enable self-service.
Assist with the delivery of commercial projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Manage and maintain account mapping, ensuring alignment of customer groupings and sales portfolios.
Support audit preparation by managing documentation and responding to queries.
Maintain pricing accuracy, manage contracts, and handle pricing-related queries.
Contribute to process governance and help implement clear, structured business processes across commercial finance.
Act as a central liaison for commercial activities, ensuring effective communication across internal teams.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas essential)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and SQL (desirable)
Strong organisational and coordination skills
