In this role as a Customer Experience Team Manager your days will be spent leading and motivating the team through coaching and development. You will create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, setting clear team goals and monitoring their progress.

- Good Microsoft Word, Excel and general PC skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
