Job Introduction
We have three exciting secondment opportunities to join the Talent and Development team as Systems Trainers. You'll play an important role supporting the roll-out of our strategically important Transforming Transport and Logistics Project.
The secondments will start as soon as possible until the end of March 2026. You'll support delivery at key Speedy locations, including Scotland, the North East, and Yorkshire.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering structured training sessions using existing materials and clear lesson plans – no need to create new content!
- Helping colleagues get comfortable and confident using our new logistics processes.
- Gaining new skills through comprehensive Train the Trainer sessions.
Who we're looking for:
- No prior training experience required, just enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills.
- Essential: best practice experience and strong knowledge of using D365.
- Beneficial (but not essential): some exposure to the openFleet system.
You don't need to be a trainer - just a strong desire to learn how to become one!
Additional details:
- Flexible location but willingness to travel to depots across regions is required (a car will be provided for the secondment duration).
