Payment Services Administrator, 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Speedy have an exciting new part time opportunity within our Payments team, perfect for someone looking for an improved work life balance or looking to work around their daily commitments- working Monday to Friday on a 22.5 hour week. This is a varied role with lots of opportunities to get involved with different elements of team!
Payment Services Administrator you will be responsible for the administration and accounting of all purchases and payments made by the business. In this role you will also develop strong relationships with the business areas and use every part of your skill and experience to ensure your internal customers are receiving the best customer care. You should be confident in having regular contact with your business area to ensure prompt turnaround times are achieved.

What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in a similar fast paced role with proven experience of processing high volume of purchase orders and invoices
- Good communication and telephone manner
- Committed and target / action focused
- Flexibility in all areas of the role
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage your own time effectively
- Supporting your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
