Digital Systems Trainer
Location: Hybrid/Flexible (Ideally North West, near Haydock)Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Working Model: Hybrid working available, including a 9-day fortnight

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Digital Systems Trainer to support the rollout of key transformation projects across the business. You’ll be part of our forward-thinking Talent and Development Team, helping us deliver high-impact training that enables our people to adapt and thrive through change.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering engaging and high-quality training on evolving Speedy systems, including D365
Collaborating with the Change and Transformation teams to support project delivery
Creating digital learning modules, and facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops
Supporting users across the business with the adoption of new tools and systems
Travelling regularly to depots and sites to ensure consistent support and training delivery
What You’ll Bring:
Strong working knowledge of Speedy systems, especially D365
Experience in designing and delivering training across multiple formats
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail, organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset
Passion for continuous learning and development
A proactive, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
