We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-driven AI Content Writer to help transform how we deliver tenders and proposals using cutting-edge Generative AI. Partnering with PEAK AI and our internal Bids & Tenders team, you’ll play a key role in developing our AI knowledge base and ensuring all AI-generated responses are high-quality, accurate, and aligned with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the AI knowledge base
Create tailored content for tenders, bids, and proposals using generative AI tools
Research and fact-check AI responses, identifying and filling knowledge gaps
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and relevance
Edit, proofread, and refine AI-generated content for tone, clarity, and compliance
Monitor content performance and optimise accordingly
Define and maintain a consistent brand tone of voice
Support the ongoing development of Speedy’s AI platform
About You:
Experience in bid writing, marketing content, journalism, or copywriting
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper)
Able to translate technical info into engaging content
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with long-form or technical content
Desirable:
Degree in English, Communications, Marketing or similar
Knowledge of the hire industry
