Head of Customer Training & Sales - National - Monday - Friday - 37.5 Hours a Week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Head of Customer Training & Sales, you will lead and take fully accountability for the Customer Training portfolio of customers promoting and developing the Customer Value Proposition. Developing and leading a national sales team to increase share of customer wallet, biased towards new business development tasked with doubling EBITDA and enhancing margin over a three-year period to drive our Velocity Strategy!
What you’ll need:
Strong understanding of the construction industry's compliance and skills landscape.
Demonstrated success in developing and scaling training or service-based sales.
Inspirational leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering value-led solutions that make a difference.
Commercially savvy with the ability to build long-term, value-driven client relationships
