A new opportunity has arisen for a Resolution Manager within our  team, to deliver a high quality and consistent service in a cost efficient way through excellence.

The Resolution Manager will be responsible for the line management of Customer Solutions   admin team and to ensure all aspects of the admin role are followed and effectively managed day to day which will include- 

  • Disputes and queries both Credit Control and Purchase Ledger
  • Losses and damages
  • Live hires
  • Insurance documents
  • Proof of delivery and proof of collection. 
  • Additional charges on collection

  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of developing strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Committed and target/action focused

  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
