A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, highly candidate centric and engaging professional to join a successful, well established Recruitment & On -Boarding team as the Recruitment and On- Boarding Team Leader.
The purpose of this role will be to deliver a `best in class’ service for the Speedy group, by continuously developing and delivering in line with business strategy and requirements, utilising and enabling technology and promoting a positive image of the Speedy brand.
Working closely with the stakeholders to lead and understand the recruitment and onboarding needs of the wider Speedy business and supporting the strategic design of the recruitment function.
The Recruitment & On-Boarding Team Leader will provide support and guidance and line management responsibility to the Recruitment & On-Boarding Coordinators to ensure a professional and positive experience to all candidates and hiring managers.
Designing and modifying recruitment and onboarding procedures, analysing, and reporting data, monitoring and driving performance, improving effectiveness, demonstrating cost avoidance/improvement.
Keeping an emphasis on the candidates’ journey into Speedy and ensure this is seamless through the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Provide our candidates with personalised and dedicated support on their journey to starting their new roles within the Speedy Family by providing great candidate experiences and diversity and inclusion through all activities by embedding yourself into the Speedy values and passion for the brand.

- Experience of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with LinkedIn desirable but not essential

- Can adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast paced organisation.
- Work across Speedy to implement the Velocity Strategy in line with business requirements.
- Proactive team player but also able to self-manage
