We are looking for an experienced Mobilization Manager support the Speedy Solutions operations team in the delivery of key related performance measures resulting in increased revenue and sales across the group businesses including supply chain and the commercial team across UK and Ireland.

As a Mobilization Manager you will ensure that Customer Solutions accounts are mobilised in a timely manager and within agreed timescales ensure all audits and assessments are complaint in relation to business and contractual legislation across Speedy Solutions and managing all external customer relations with optimisation for both our internal and ensuring all contractual obligations are maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning, managing, monitoring, and coordinating the early site operations service provision reporting to the site operations integration manager.
  • Supporting the review and approval of contractor risk assessments.
  • Supporting the on-going development of the construction site plot plan and input into design requirements that will ultimately inform the site operations service provision.
  • Supporting and monitoring arrangements for managing health and safety throughout the construction phase for site operation services.
  • Consulting, engaging and monitoring service providers in relation to their health, safety and welfare of their operatives.
  • Identifying the necessary integrated services required to support the advance works and site establishment programmes.
  • Supporting and ensuring that all service providers have site-specific inductions, and any further information and training they need.
  • Ensure weekly and monthly reporting delivered to the business including performance KPI’s. 
  • Comply with full budgeting process and reporting requirements as set by Group
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders including public and private sector organisations

Person Specification

  • Significant experience of mobilising contracts.
  • Significant operational and contract management experience.
  • Numerically minded with the ability to interpret complex contractual documents and processes
  • Ability to Develop the Company’s people capability aligned to business goals, including the identification and development of Speedy’s values, Career Line of Sight, and succession planning along with ensuring that team adopt and maintain the Speedy Spirit
  • Ability to Deliver the sustainability strategy – “Decade to Deliver” this is to support the individual objective that all staff will have in their PDRs from next year, this will be aligned to individual roles
