About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lifting Inspection Engineer to join the Lloyds British team in Wednesbury. This is a full-time role offering excellent training, career progression, and the chance to work with a market-leading company in lifting and equipment inspection services.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out lifting inspections in line with LOLER & PUWER regulations
Performing load testing, pull testing, and occasional destructive testing
Manning the rigging loft and inspecting lifting accessories
Supporting statutory compliance through thorough examinations
Maintaining the highest safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience within the lifting equipment industry (desirable)
LEEA qualification (advantageous; training available)
Entry-level Engineering/Mechanics NVQ or City & Guilds (preferred but not essential)
Experience working in a testing environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Practical approach with excellent communication skills
Ability to support our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
Full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 penalty points)
(Full training will be provided – previous engineering experience is advantageous)
