Speedy Services are looking for an experienced KPI Co-ordinator to assist one of our busiest and highest-priority desks.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- The ability to assist teams with the implementation and management of their KPIs.
- The ability to monitor each team member’s progression against their development objectives and ensure KPIs are regularly updated.
- The ability to consolidate and synthesise all KPIs into clear, concise reports for internal and external review.
- Experience producing accurate monthly KPI reports to support internal and external audits.
- The confidence to challenge colleagues regarding KPI errors and conduct full investigations where required.
- A proactive approach to driving business improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams and Account Managers.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external departments and colleagues.
- The ability to understand and interpret data and use it to produce commercial and customer review documents.
- Strong team ethics and a collaborative approach.
- A willingness to innovate and participate in projects that drive process improvement and enhance the customer experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to build strong relationships with other business units aligned to the direct customer experience, including the depot network and suppliers.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
