We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Technical Lead ideally with a background in infrastructure and cloud, someone who thrives on challenge and working in a constantly changing and evolving environment.

Joining the high-performing Infrastructure  team, you'll be a crucial member of the team, reporting to the IT Operations Director and managing a team of experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineers to provide excellent support to the Speedy group in all aspects of IT infrastructure Operations.

Overall purpose of this role will be to provide technical delivery, strategy, and leadership across the IT Operations Teams by participating in the development and active delivery of the IT Infrastructure, Microsoft cloud estate, supporting services and applications.  Also, management of related activities to ensure information security, corporate governance, policies, and standards are adhered to.

You will work closely with the CIO and the IT Senior Leadership Team to develop and deliver IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Support the IT Operations Director and senior IT managers in high-level decision making regarding Speedy’s IT Infrastructure, cloud estate and supporting services. Ensuring the IT Infrastructure Operations delivery and strategy is aligned with business goals and the Velocity Strategy and aligned to the IT Roadmap.
