In this role as a Customer Experience Advisor you will assist in the delivery of exceptional customer experience by gathering insight, identifying the customers’ needs, feeding back to the business, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to drive change inline with the company strategy.

We are looking for individuals who can:

  • Capture and understand the readiness of each function to support a CX strategy.
  • Have an awareness of every role in the business that directly impacts a customer touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with business functions on their CX strategies.
  • Celebrate customer success across the business.
  • Interpret customer feedback and recommend change and improvements.
  • Build a network across the business of colleagues in multiple roles.
  • Develop a good level of understanding of customer base across all segments.
  • Create and regularly review customer journey maps.
  • Utilise data to support and measure improvements in the customer journey map.
  • Internal and external insight days to understand our colleagues and customers.
  • Being a brand and customer ambassador.
  • Support contact centres with telephony and data.
  • Support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
