Training and Development Manager

Job Introduction

As a Training and Development Manager you will deliver high quality and consistent training in a cost-efficient way. 

In this role you will train and coach new and existing colleagues in line with documented processes and best practices. Ensuring that our customers are receiving a consistently excellent service.

You will also take ownership of non-compliance incidents identified during audits and escalations. Completing and documenting the appropriate coaching or training actions to move teams to a compliant position.

As this role reports into our Process & Compliance function, you will work closely with those colleagues to implement new processes and check compliance. Giving you the opportunity to easily feedback issues identified in training and making meaningful suggestions for process improvement.
