About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full ownership of team performance, drive engagement, and shape a positive, professional culture. You will play a key role in influencing behaviours, improving processes, and ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Provide day-to-day direction, guidance, and support to team members
- Coach and develop individuals through regular feedback, training, and performance reviews
- Conduct appraisals, manage performance, and handle disciplinary matters where required
- Monitor team performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Ensure workloads are effectively planned, prioritised, and delivered within deadlines
- Act as a role model for professionalism, customer focus, and company values
- Support the delivery of the ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading, motivating, and managing a team, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Strong coaching and development skills with a track record of improving team performance
- Confident decision-maker with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong customer service experience, both internally and externally
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience using systems such as Axapta, On-Guard, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise workload and perform under pressure to meet deadlines
- Previous experience within the hire industry is desirable
