Team Leader – Customer Relationship Centre (CRC)

We are looking for a Team Leader within our Customer Relationship Centre (CRC) who can support, guide and motivate the team while ensuring high levels of service delivery for both internal and external customers.
As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in leading the team, supporting operational performance and driving positive change across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the CRC team to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to achieve shared goals and build strong working relationships.
Encourage a positive, safe and professional working environment for the team and the wider business.
Lead by example and always demonstrate the Speedy values.
Support cultural and operational improvements, helping the team adapt to change and new ways of working.
Be flexible and responsive in supporting the implementation of Velocity for both colleagues and external customers.
Ensure that GDPR policies and data protection standards are followed at all times.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Support the delivery of our sustainability strategy – Decade to Deliver.
Contribute to change management initiatives, helping guide the team through organisational changes, new processes, technologies or ways of working.
Carry out additional duties as required to support the team and wider business.
