Regional Manager - Bristol - Monday to Friday - 07:30-17:00 - 45 hours per week

We are recruiting a talented Regional Manager to work closely with all departments within Speedy to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything we do and that we consistently exceed their expectations whilst delivering a high quality, consistent and cost effective service to our customers. You will be responsible for the management of Depot Managers, ensuring that all company procedures, systems and processes are being followed in line with company compliance standards including completion of statutory training. You will work alongside the wider business area to ensure that resources and assets are at optimal use to meet both the customer requirements and business demands.

What you’ll need:
Essential:
- Proven operational management experience of a large team across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise work load and work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Excellent understanding and experience of managing Health and Safety practices at work
- Ability to understand and work with P & L accounts and budgets
- Capability to take ownership and responsibility
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of logistics, operations and sales
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
- Evidence of attained sales and profitability growth
- Driving licence
Desirable:
- Previous hire industry experience
- Local area knowledge of the market and sectors
- IOSH qualified
