At Speedy Solutions, we are looking for a Quality Support Manager to support and maintain high-quality standards across our operations through audits, data analysis, training, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Conduct documentation reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Analyse quality-related data and report on performance metrics

  • Investigate quality concerns, identify root causes, and assist with corrective actions

  • Deliver quality-focused training and coach employees on best practices

  • Act as a floor walker to offer real-time support and guidance

  • Lead inductions and assist with quality-related projects and initiatives

  • Drive service excellence through process reviews and continuous improvement

  • Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and operational efficiency


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in quality assurance, operations support, or a similar role

  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead training sessions and provide coaching

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
