We are currently recruiting a National Out of Hours Co-ordinator to join our team in Haydock.
Working Pattern
Rolling 4-week rota
Out-of-hours: 4:30pm – 8:00am (Monday to Friday)
24/7 weekend support
Shift work is required, including nights and weekends
Home-based working once fully trained
23% shift allowance on top of base salary
About the Role

Liaise with customers via telephone and email
Take full ownership of customer requests from start to finish
Work collaboratively with the wider Speedy network
Ensure all requests are delivered to the highest standard
