The role of the Mobilisation Director will play a key role within Speedy helping to support and deliver projects to a high standard mobilisation r plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition and implementation of projects.

The main purpose of this role is to set out and manage a mobilisation delivery plan to support a transition to a Speedy Supply Model, through stakeholder management both Client and Business side. 

Contract manage delivery of the contract driven through a robust set of key performance measures and a service level agreement in line with the agreed timescales and targets.

Key accountabilities

  • Design, develop and implement a mobilization and contract management plan to provide a targeted approach to the specified customer projects
  • Contract delivery in line with the agreed target measures
  • Achieve incremental revenue growth through the design and delivery of the planning process
  • Management of the key stakeholder engagement both Client and Business side 
  • Accurate and timely completion of revenue and budgeting reporting
  • Ensure continuous development of the team through coaching, mentoring and ensure that team adopt and maintain the Spirit in line with our company values.
  • Personal responsibility for continuous development by actively participating in the ongoing training program.
  • Implement improvements and better ways of working on a regular basis as part of continuous improvement plans.
  • Develop the Company’s people capability aligned to business goals, including the identification and development of Speedy’s values, Career Line of Sight, and succession planning along with ensuring that team adopt and maintain the Speedy Spirit.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations relating to Health and Safety and Environmental matters including completion of statutory training for self and team. 
  • Flexible and capable to quickly adapt to a change and positively support the roll out of Velocity for colleagues and external customers.
  • Always demonstrate the business values
  • Ensure the GDPR policy is always followed.
  • Conducting additional ad hoc duties may be required.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Deliver the sustainability strategy – Decade to Deliver.
