We’re looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join our Customer and Product Marketing Team at Speedy. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, practical skills, and a professional marketing qualification while working for the UK’s leading provider of tools, equipment, and plant hire services.
You’ll work closely with our Creative, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, playing a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns and supporting day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, working alongside Marketing Managers.
Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks and requests across the team.
Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate budget tracking and reporting.
Provide administrative support, including managing shared inboxes and updating campaign trackers.
Help maintain accurate records and reporting systems.
Actively engage in and support company-wide marketing campaigns.
Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the department.

About You
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- The learner must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject
Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards change and teamwork.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Keen to learn and develop skills in marketing.
Comfortable working with budgets, reports, and administrative tasks.
Willing to embrace Speedy’s values and sustainability strategy – Decade to Deliver.
A collaborative team player who demonstrates leadership qualities by driving cultural change and engaging positively with colleagues.
