Job Introduction

Major Project Manager - London - Monday to Friday -  45 hours per week

Elevate your project management skills as a Major Project Manager at Speedy, where you will lead the charge in delivering strategic onsite opportunities and nurturing key client relationships for beneficial market presence.

As a Major Project Manager you will deliver and implement an engagement plan for Major Projects in the specified region/sector within UK&I, manage key customers operating on Major development schemes in the region/sector to develop relationships and deliver long-term, sustainable revenue growth. You will Identify, target and implement strategic onsite opportunities, support key client/stakeholder relationships and ultimately deliver beneficial market presence for Speedy.

What you’ll be doing on a day to day basis:

  • Manage a portfolio of allocated Major Projects, maintain and grow existing and new customer relationships. Understand customer needs and support requirements through bespoke Speedy Asset Services offering
  • Work alongside internal Operational, National and Regional teams to ensure that the customer receives the highest level of service delivery. Ensure the appropriate platform is in place to accompany the right processes to enable the Speedy business to continuously improve and prosper.
  • Manage and Report on performance KPI’s, ensuring sales and profit opportunities are maximised and that remedial action is taken against any identified issues.
  • Deliver revenue growth from new Principal Contractor, Sub-contractor and Onsite opportunities

  • Demonstrable track record of achievement through revenue driven objectives
  • Financial and Commercial Acumen
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Capable of developing strong client relationships at all levels
  • Effective Time & Diary Management
