Job Title: Damage and Loss Coordinator (12-Month FTC)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for a Damage and Loss Coordinator to join our specialist team at our Bristol location on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and friendly team, playing a key role in ensuring that all damage and loss charges are applied accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Damage & Loss Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Handling new customer damage and loss claims
Maintaining and updating existing claims with a view to timely resolution
Negotiating and settling claims directly with customers and insurers
Liaising professionally with customers and senior management
Working with internal workshops and external repair partners for accurate billing
Supporting depots and the sales team with queries and claims
Accurately recording and managing workshop reports using our in-house system
Escalating unresolved disputes to the Damage & Loss Team Leader
Travelling to workshops when necessary
Supporting Speedy’s ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
Additional Duties:
Managing asset queries via phone and email
Answering calls professionally and promptly
Assisting with company stock takes
