We’re looking for a Lifting Inspection Engineer to join our friendly team. This is a full-time position (39 hours per week), with a competitive salary to be discussed at interview.
You’ll carry out a range of interesting and varied tasks, including:
Lifting inspection work
Load and pull testing
Occasional destructive testing
Manning the rigging loft
Inspecting lifting accessories
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to a range of experience levels — if you’re keen to learn, we’ll provide full training. Ideally, you’ll bring:
Experience in the lifting equipment industry
LEEA qualification or willingness to work towards it
Engineering or Mechanics NVQ / City & Guilds (desirable, not essential)
Experience in a testing or inspection environment
A practical, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a passion for learning
A full UK driving licence
