Hire & Sales Coordinator – Pro Serve Desk

Location: Haydock
Monday to Friday | 07:30 – 17:00

We’re looking for a Hire & Sales Coordinator to join our Pro Serve Desk – a key function within Speedy that supports high-volume, national and strategic customers with tailored, efficient hire solutions. This is a role where attention to detail, pace and ownership really matter.

What you’ll be doing

As a Hire & Sales Coordinator on the Pro Serve Desk, you’ll:

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Take full end-to-end ownership of hire and sales requests

  • Coordinate with depots and the wider Speedy network to ensure timely fulfilment

  • Build strong relationships with key accounts

  • Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and add value

  • Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and customer expectations

  • Support your team in delivering our ESG strategy – Decade to Deliver

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our strategic customers receive a seamless, professional and responsive service every time.


What we’re looking for

  • Confidence managing multiple requests and priorities simultaneously

  • A proactive approach and sound decision-making skills

  • A collaborative team player who contributes positively to team culture

  • A commercial mindset with the drive to grow and retain business

Experience within hire, logistics, customer service or sales coordination would be beneficial, but above all we’re looking for attitude, ownership and a willingness to learn.
