About the Role
As a Hire Controller based in our Dublin depot, you’ll play a key role at the heart of our operations. This is a customer-facing, sales-focused position where relationship building is essential. You’ll manage the full hire process – from taking initial enquiries and orders, to arranging deliveries and collections – ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
Working closely with internal teams including stock control, engineering, and driving staff, you'll ensure the seamless availability and delivery of equipment, helping minimise delays and maximise customer satisfaction.

Strong written and verbal communication
Adaptability and a proactive mindset
Willingness to learn and grow
A valid driving licence
Previous experience in hire, sales, or a similar operations-based role
