HS2 Onsite Manager

We are looking for a HS2 Onsite Manager to join our team in Aylesbury.

The Onsite Manager will be responsible for the management of the Onsite Shop and the Project Customer hire and asset requirements. You will be responsible for all aspects of one of our well-established contracts to ensure that a high-quality consistent service is delivered to meet client requirements. This role will be responsible for delivering on the KPIs and SLA, working with the client to ensure smooth operation success.

  • Ownership of the P&L for the location.
  • Management of the day to day running of the onsite shop location
  • Management of the compliance levels of equipment for the Client base
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer loss, damage and call out charges in line with Speedy policies and customer KPI’s to minimise risk to revenue
  • Effectively manage the role centre and utilisation to ensure deliveries, collections and exchanges are actioned in a timely manner and that transport is consolidated where possible
  • Liaising with all parts of Speedy to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction is exceeded
  • Accuracy within all Speedy operating systems
  • Continuously developing knowledge of Speedy products and services, and utilising this to maximise revenue
  • To promote effective communication with the Customer, Speedy business and Suppliers
  • Following all company procedures and policies within the Company handbook
  • Provide full end to end support and deal with escalations and problems/queries
  • Deliver Customer Service Excellence ensuring the quality of customer care and service are of the highest standard

What you’ll need:

  • Proven Track record of operations management
  • Self-motivated and conscientious
  • Able to prioritise work load, work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Can adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast paced organisation
  • Knowledge of Axapta, CRM and Microsoft office programmes a desirable
