The Role

As a General Assistant at our Nuneaton depot, you’ll play a hands-on, varied, and vital role in ensuring our depot runs smoothly and efficiently.

This is a key position within our operations, where no two days are the same. You’ll work across multiple areas of the depot, supporting different teams and activities to ensure we deliver an excellent service to our customers.

    • Cleaning and preparing equipment to ensure it’s in top condition for the next hire.

  • Stock Control: Managing inventory, checking stock levels, and ensuring accurate records are kept.

  • Customer Service:

    • Serving customers at the hire desk, providing product knowledge, and ensuring they receive excellent service.

    • Assisting with queries both face-to-face and over the phone.

  • Team Support: Assisting colleagues in different departments and being ready to step in wherever you’re needed to keep the depot running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and likes to be on the go, combining physical, hands-on work with customer-facing responsibilities.
