Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00 - 42.5 hours per week

We are seeking a Fuel Sales Controller with a background in customer service or administration to efficiently manage the fuel order process. 

On a day-to-day basis:

  • Handle all fuel enquiries from new and existing customers via phone and email 
  • Processing fuel orders from order placement to delivery and invoicing
  • Managing fuel for sites where a fuel management system has been agreed
  • Maximising fuel sales opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Processing orders on the company software and general administration
  • Assisting in the completion monthly fuel stock counts & management

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good computer literacy in MS Office packages
  • Strong communication skills both verbally & written
  • People and management skills
  • Commitment to learn and develop
  • Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar customer service or operational role
