About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Commercial and Operational Finance team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with operational, sales, and management teams across multiple regions to provide insightful financial analysis and drive performance improvements. You’ll play a key role in influencing decision-making, identifying opportunities, and supporting the delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Business Partner, you will:
Build strong relationships with Regional and Managing Directors, acting as a trusted advisor for financial matters.
Produce, interpret, and analyse reports (including Power BI) to provide accurate insight into business performance, with clear commentary and solutions.
Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas across the business.
Review and challenge operational costs to drive efficiency and savings.
Partner with senior leaders to evaluate the financial implications of strategic decisions and business opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and review business cases.
Support underperforming depots and regions by tracking performance plans and delivering tangible results.
Lead the budget and reforecasting processes for nominated areas.
Prepare monthly performance review packs and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with other UK&I support functions, including HR, to align performance strategies.
Champion digital transformation and sustainable business practices in line with our Decade to Deliver strategy.
Lead with integrity, fostering a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment.

About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, analytical, and commercially astute, with strong communication and influencing skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) or a finalist nearing completion.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as D365 or BPC.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor information to diverse audiences.
