An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager to ensure that our customer receives a high quality, consistent service from all areas of the Speedy business. You will work closely with all departments within Speedy to ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded and that all customer enquiries are dealt with a professional and timely manner, including the resolution of back office issues i.e. invoice queries and loss/damage.
Working closely with the operational teams, you will assume responsibility in guaranteeing that all contractual KPI’s/SLA’s are met. You will have input in supporting new tenders and tenders that are due to expire, capitalising on potential revenue. Your performance will be measured on developing sales revenue within each contract including generating leads for the wider Speedy business.
What you’ll need:
- Customer focussed background, ideally gained within the hire/construction industry or similar
- Basic knowledge of all plant, equipment and services
- Excellent administration skills with experience of reporting and planning
- Understanding of contractual law
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
