Job Introduction
Energy Solutions Desk Team Leader - Tamworth - Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00 - 42 hours per week

We are currently seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our Energy Solutions team at our Tamworth depot. As a Team Leader you will lead a team of 8 ensuring daily operations are achieved and carried out to the highest standard through positive working and a flexible approach.
On a day-to-daybasis:
- Take responsibility for all administration tasks across Power & Fuel and dealing with requests for collection/contract termination (off-hires)
- Ensuring all incoming queries are handled in a timely and professional manner, whilst giving full and accurate information
- Working with depot locations to arrange transport for deliveries and collections whilst ensuring that all opportunities to maximise the depot and the Group’s sales to a customer are attained
- Assisting with the day to day running of the Energy Solutions team and communication to the depots
- Monitoring SLA’s and KPI’s in order to facilitate improvements
- Support, coach, and mentor effectively with other colleagues in the Energy Solutions team
- Identify up sell/cross sell opportunities and develop implementation plan
- Organising and storing documents in-line with system processes

- Strong organisational skills
- Good computer literacy in MS Office packages
- Excellent communication skills both verbally & written
- High level of integrity with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar customer service or operational role
