Working hours: 07:45 – 17:00
Contractual weekly hours: 37.5

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you’ll play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. You’ll regularly connect with customers, carrying out business reviews to ensure they’re getting the best from our products and services, while also identifying new opportunities to support their needs. You’ll work closely with our sales and account management teams, helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience every time.

Working towards targets and KPIs will be an important part of the role, and you’ll have the support of a collaborative team around you to help you succeed.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Previous sales experience and a well-organised approach to work
  • A proactive, hardworking attitude with a strong work ethic
  • A team-focused mindset, supporting our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver

Desirable:

  • Experience in a customer relationship or client-facing role, or a proven track record of managing client relationships
