The Role
We are currently recruiting for a CSC Coordinator to join our Doncaster branch.
In this key role, you’ll provide vital administrative support to the Branch Manager and play an active role in planning and organising engineer jobs to meet both internal and external customer needs. Your focus will be on delivering service excellence, meeting agreed SLAs, and taking a proactive approach to increase utilisation within your designated areas.
This position requires excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the wider team, so strong interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently when required.
What You’ll Need
Strong administration skills, ideally gained in a customer service environment
Experience working in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A professional approach when handling sensitive information
Ability to support your team and business unit in delivering our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
