Business Development Manager – South Coast
Location: South Coast (Field-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (42 hours per week)

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a background in plant and tool hire sales to help grow and strengthen our commercial presence across the South Coast.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and growing a portfolio of key Major Account customers
Identifying and converting new business opportunities in line with strategic goals
Promoting Speedy’s comprehensive product and service offering, with a particular focus on plant and tool hire solutions
Developing long-term client relationships through outstanding service and account development
Creating and delivering account plans to support long-term revenue growth
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Proven B2B sales experience in the plant, tool, or equipment hire industry
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Financial and commercial acumen
Evidence of successful strategic account management
Self-motivated, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
IT literate and familiar with CRM systems
Full UK driving licence
