We are looking for an Administration Supervisor for our Customer Solutions Admin team.
The role would be to Supervise all aspects of the admin teams roles and ensure they are followed effectively. You would report directly into Customer Solutions Resolution Manager and build relationships with Internal stakeholders such as Operations, Credit Control and P2P.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise all aspects of the admin teams roles and ensure they are followed effectively.
- Supervise and support the reduction of customer and supplier credits and minimising customer and supplier invoice queries.
- Supervise and train the team in resolving customer queries in line with department processes by engaging with internal and external stakeholders (Speedy and Partners) to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently.
- Supervise and train the team in resolving invoice queries in line with Speedy policies and customer KPI’s to minimise risk to revenue.
- Supervise and train the team in all compliance processes and policies.
- Liaising with all parts of Speedy to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction is exceeded.
- To promote effective communication with our Customers, Speedy business, and Suppliers.
- Provide full end to end support and supervision of the team dealing with escalations, problems & queries!
Person Specification
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of developing strong customer and supplier relationships
- Capable of developing and training a strong team
- Committed and target/action focused.
- Can adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast paced organisation.
- Ability to deliver the sustainability strategy – “Decade to Deliver” this is to support the individual objective that all staff will have in their PDRs from next year, this will be aligned to individual roles.
